One import: content published already, such as a site's first pages or what another CMS held. as is whom it is imported as (an editor, so the create handler writes the row); a runner that imports many fixes as once and varies the rest. at is when it was published (default now); entry names the entry (default a new id) — name it where another import points at it, and import what is pointed at first.
