const FollowTabStop: Mount.MountDefinitionNoArgs<'FollowTabStop', never>

Keeps focus that is inside a container of roving tab stops on its stop, as a Mount: when a transition moves the stop (a row made current by a command the container did not see, such as a duplicate) or removes the focused descendant (a deleted row), focus goes to the descendant with tabindex="0". It sends no Message. Focus outside the container is never taken, and focus the user moved away stays where it went.
