Platform detection as pure functions. platformFromUA reads a user-agent string (passed in, so tests pin it without stubbing globals); order matters — Android contains "Linux", iPhones mention "Mac" — so mobile checks come first. isBrowser/isServer split SSR from client for init defaults.
