The optional foldkit-mixins-form/ui entry draws Text and Multiline fields
through foldkit-mixins-ui's Input and Textarea adapters. The main entry keeps
the plain-HTML path and does not import that integration.
It holds no state and adds no Messages. Every event it installs dispatches one
of the form's own Messages (Changed, Blurred, Submitted).
