richTextIcon(h, name, { size }) draws one of the chrome's icons as inline SVG, stroked in the text's color and hidden from assistive technology, so the control it sits in names it. richTextIconUrl(name) is the same drawing as a CSS url(…) for a stylesheet to mask, where a rendering's adornment cannot hold an element. The set covers the editor's slash entries (by their icon), the marks, the blocks an application inserts (table, image, video, audio, file, callout, toggle, divider, footnote), and the actions around them (undo, redo, search, replace, match-case, download, copy, trash, plus, more, grip, close, check, chevrons, back, contents, reset). isRichTextIcon(name) says whether a name has a drawing. The drawings are Lucide's, under its ISC license, whose notice is in src/icons.ts.
