SSR / Pages that work without JavaScript
A virtual list pages by links
A WindowList draws the rows in view and spacers for the rest. Without
scripts there is no view to follow, so the page draws one window and links to
the next. WindowList owns all of it; the application mirrors the row:
?from=is a mirrored field, andWindowList.init({ from })opens the list at that row: its window starts there, with no overscan above it, and the server reads the prices of exactly the rows it draws (windowOf);Recipes.WindowListhides the spacers under(scripting: none), so the rows drawn lie in the page's flow;WindowList.pageOf(model, keys)gives the rows drawn and the rows the pages either side open at, asOptions, for the links'?from=.
With scripts the served page is the same: the opened row is drawn first,
under the content above the list, and the rows above it take no room. When
the runtime takes the page over, WindowList.Track gives them their room and
scrolls the window by what that moved the first row drawn, so the reader's
rows stay where they were. The list's first Placed reading sets its from
back to 0 and the list follows the window; domains-plus clears its own from
on the same Message, and the mirror takes it out of the address.
