foldkit-remote/testing: what every read shows, Model by Model, while an application runs over scripted Messages and answers (#250).

A list that blinks to Loading for one frame is a property of the reducer, the Subscriptions and the order answers land in, so it can be caught without a browser: run the real update and the real read entries, hold every request they make, and release each when the test says. Every Model in between is recorded, so nothing falls between samples.
