Testing a binding

The package test suite runs the adapter against a real in-process SQLite database via Node's node:sqlite and drizzle-orm/node-sqlite. That is a good pattern for application binding tests: build a tiny schema, seed rows, provide the database Layer, and assert the actual normalized wire values.
